Refund Policy
PracticeTestVault sells digital practice exams and bundle access. Because access is delivered immediately, refunds are only available when the purchased exam or bundle was never opened, started, or used.
When a refund can be approved
We can issue a refund when the purchased exam or bundle was never accessed at all. That means the exam was not opened, started, or used in any way after checkout.
When refunds are not available
Once an exam is opened, started, or otherwise used, the purchase becomes non-refundable. This applies even if only part of the exam was viewed or started.
If a bundle includes multiple exams, opening any exam inside that bundle makes the bundle non-refundable.
Technical issues
If you are having trouble accessing a purchased exam, contact support before requesting a refund. Most access problems can be fixed quickly, and we want to help restore access first.
How to request a refund
To request a refund for an unused purchase, email support@practicetestvault.com and include:
- Your full name
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number or purchase date
- The name of the exam or bundle purchased
Refund processing
If the purchase qualifies under this policy and is approved, the refund will be sent back to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days, and some banks may take additional time to post the funds.
Policy review
We reserve the right to deny refund requests where the exam or bundle was accessed, opened, started, or used, or where we detect abuse of the refund policy.
