These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of practicetestvault.com and related services (the “Service”), operated by Practice Test Vault (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By completing checkout, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Because digital access is delivered immediately, refund eligibility depends on whether the purchased exam or bundle has been opened, started, viewed, or otherwise used.

5. License and Use of Materials

When you purchase a practice exam, question bank, study product, or bundle, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the material for personal, non-commercial study purposes only. You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, scrape, publish, or post our materials publicly without written permission.

6. Independent Exam Prep

PracticeTestVault is an independent exam-prep publisher. Exam names, provider names, and trademarks are used only to identify the practice area. Unless explicitly stated, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by any exam owner, certification body, school, employer, government agency, or testing organization.

7. No Live Exam Content

Our materials are original independent study aids. They are not official exam-owner content, are not copied from live exams, and should not be treated as a source of actual exam questions. You agree not to upload, request, share, or distribute live exam content, leaked material, exam dumps, or confidential testing material through the Service.

8. Educational Use Only

The Service provides educational practice material. It is not professional, medical, nursing, legal, financial, employment, immigration, military, or academic advising. Always follow the rules, instructions, and official materials provided by the relevant exam owner, school, employer, licensing body, or testing organization.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including practice questions, explanations, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Practice Test Vault or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. User Conduct

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Practice Test Vault will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service, other users, or exam integrity.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
